| This was my daughter and son-in law's apartment in Eugene, OR. The table and chair I bought unfinished in NH and stained and varnished as a gift to them when they lived there.
At outdoor art shows at least several thousand people have asked me, "How did you put that shine on the table?" I will tell you what I told them, "First you get the right shapes, then the right values and last the right colors." This is the absolute truth, but many people then responded, "You don't want to tell me, huh?" The truth is that there is no other way to answer nor to give them what over 25 years of experience has taught me. |
